Peacefully on October 27th, aged 70 years, Joyce (nee Ferguson), dearly loved daughter of the late Fred and Nancy, dearly loved wife of Ted, dear mam of Susan, Gordon and Mark, a much loved grandma of Craig, Ross, Chelsea, Jordan, Molly, Olivia and James, dear sister of Gordon and sister-in-law to Brenda. Family and friends please meet for service at Seghill Methodist Church on Thursday November 6th at 10.30am followed by cremation at Whitley Bay Crematorium. All welcome to Seghill Rugby Club afterwards. Family flowers only please donations in lieu may be sent for Seghill Methodist Church and Daft As A Brush c/o Melrose Funeral Services, 159 Astley Road, Seaton Delaval, NE25 0DL.

Grandma Joyce

Thank you for the gift of love.
Now you're sharing it up above.
You had many things to say,All in a caring way.
You always saw good in everyone,No matter what they've done.
You were always the one we could all lean on, even though it must have felt like a ton.
You were always the strength of the family.
Now we must let you rest calmly.We say goodbye.
As tears roll down our eyes.
I know your place in heaven has a good view.
You're telling God, I need to keep an eye on a few.
I know you will always be in our hearts and minds.
